From reading all these good reviews, one would imagine it would at least live up to 3 stars.. but no, I give 1 star rating to this poorly managed spa. I showed up to my facial and massage appointment only to find that no one was there. The employee "overslept", and I inevitably had to wait outside until she arrived. I thought to myself this is inacceptable since they had called me several times to confirm my reservation; however, I still wanted to give it a try. Well the rest is what makes it worse. Facial was poorly done - I constantly felt uncomfortable and had stuff jammed inside my nose and eyes. I feel like I could've done a better job. The massage had no effect on my body and felt so unprofessional. I want my money back.
I would visit this business again? No
