I prefer the 57th st bliss location to this one. This location feels very much like a department store that you come to to get waxed and massaged. I still like it here though because I love bliss spas as a chain but this one is a little more factory like as opposed to the 57th st location that is a little more intimate and exclusive feeling. The therapists do a great job here and my favorite service is the oxygen facials, Their waiting room for massage and body treatment is also big which I really love. I will be back to this location if I need a service done and cannot book an appointment at 57th st.

Love this spa and this location in particular is my favorite. Very nice area and really nice staff. The facility was extrememly clean and you always see cleaning staff around touching up and refilling the snacks and dinks for you in the waiting room. The waiting room is a little small so when a gaggle of women come in and your alone and they are really chatty you can feel a little crowded. But just escape to the steam room. My oxygen facial was great and I loved the constant massaging they give to your shoulders and hands during the facial. I left extrememly hydrated and relaxed and will definetly be back to see my faciial esthetician again when I gave the cash. I will also try them very soon for my first waxing,their clinical like atmosphere suit waxing well. If their prices werent so high I would come here for my nails and brows also but I will still return for massages and,facials and waxing. Highly recommend!

I love this mini bliss location. It is on the back end of a hallway on the same floor as the actors studio and once inside you really feel relaxed. It is clean,well set up and I love getting manicures and pedicures here. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and their always tryingf to accomodate your schedule and fit you in for appointments. You never feel rushed and the therapists are extrememly gentle with your hands and feet. Highly recommend!

This is th best spa in nyc! Or among the top spas here! This is the way a spa is supposed to be and you really feel like you are treated toa first class experience everytime you come here. From the entrance greeting you get by the gracious staff to the cutting edge esthiticians they employ,this is a must stop when you are in nyc. The plaza hotel it is located in is also a must see! Beautiful spa,setting,and experience!

I really loveed my visit to this spa. I had an extrememly relaxing but thorough facial. My combination skin was even and glowing for the rest of the week after my visit here. The service was relaxing and I was able to zone away with no loud interruptions from traffic or any other noise. The orices are on par with the area but not as high as bliss. Just as nice and effective though. I will definetly return soon!

I finally got to try this spa recently after recieveing a coupon for the european facial. The facial was fine,nothing more nothing less. I enjoyed my therapist who was very generous with information on skincare. My face didn't have that glow afterwards that I get from some spas I've been to after a facial,but it was sufficient. I was happy to finally come here and try the spa out and now that I know where the facility is I will come back to try out other body treatments and nail services before I write this spa off. The facility is nicely designed and feels very calm and sanitary inside,in a soothing,european way. Highly recommend this spa!
