FIRST VISIT EXPERIENCE

I visited the Salon today, for the first time, for a Shellac Manicure and eyebrow wax. I was immediately greeted and offered a beverage. After 5 seconds (SERIOUSLY), my technician took me to the back and began my eyebrow wax. They look GREAT, by the way. She also did my Shellac Manicure. I did experience an issue with my nails not turning out so well. BUT, I am rescheduled for a RE-DO (at no cost) and being refunded my money.
I am not at ALL upset about the "bumpy" nails because things happen and when I called to tell them they didn't look good in the "light", I wasn't questioned or made to feel like a nuisance. They offered to make it right TODAY. I just can't make it back up there today. So, I will DEFINITELY go back again and as long as my redo turns out well, I plan to be a regular customer.
I would visit this business again? Yes
