Pure Heaven
I went to get a massage before an extremely stressful week of work. My massage was not only relaxing but my massage therapist really helped relieve the pain I was feeling in my shoulders. The massage was created special just for me because my therapist asked about my concerns and focused on my problem areas. I am not ready for my long week of work and I can't wait to go back! The massage was simply pure Heaven!

bad massage
I don't know if it's just this one particular masseuse but I could hardly feel her at all. I kept saying you can use more pressure but the pressure hardly changed at all. My stress level went down a lot but this massage did absolutely nothing for my pain. I will take my business elsewhere.

A+ Massage!
They don't offer all the services that a full spa would offer. However, they focus on one thing and do it very well! That one thing being Massage. While I can't speak for all their therapists, Liz was AMAZING. Receptionist was very friendly and inviting as well, and I simply can't wait to return! Thanks Elements!

Great Service... they go the distance!
I recently purchased a message for my beau's b-day, and I had fairly complex requests in effort to surprise him. Nicole, front desk personnel, not only made it possible (even though I am on the east coast), but executed the surprise with heartfelt excellence. I am grateful for that...and for them going the distance when they really didn't have to. Thumbs up, and I will continue to use them for future events!

What a Great Massage
After visiting the Bloomingdale location and being very satisfied, I decided to give the Palatine branch a shot since I work out this way. The receptionist was very friendly and informed me that my therapist would be Olga and that it was her first day. "Great," I thought, "This is gonna be bad." But, being the nice guy that I am, I said nothing and proceeded with my massage and... it was AMAZING! If this is the level of quality I can expect from their day 1 therapists, I can only imagine what their veterans are like! I will definitely be returning to Elements again and again!

Great massage, Nice place
I go to this place all the time. My sister who lives out of state knows I love massage so she sent me a gift card. I was excited when I asked my massage therapist at Elements if they accepted them and she said she thought they just started. This is a great place to go.
