About Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas

Set in the heart of the Strip, Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas, a 47-floor hotel housed within the urban CityCenter cultural complex, blends the brand's signature of luxury and sophistication with a calmness that's a welcome antidote to the energy of Las Vegas. The 23rd-floor sky lobby, as well as each of the guest rooms, offers sweeping views of the Strip, the cityscape, and the surrounding mountainsides from expansive windows. The 27,000-square-foot Spa at Mandarin Oriental features 17 treatment rooms and private couple's suites, where guests can enjoy Eastern-inspired holistic rituals combined with Western techniques.

Mandarin Oriental also offers a yoga studio, a beauty salon, and the Zen-like Tea Lounge; at night, the cozy Mandarin Bar plays host until the early morning hours. The hotel's pool deck is lined by cabanas and a café.

While the Mandarin Oriental is a nongaming hotel, guests have direct access by a skybridge to Crystals, a 500,000-square-foot high-end retail and entertainment district and ARIA Resort & Casino.

Customer Reviews for Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas (15)

Truly Amazing!
I'm a spa owner and aesthetician. I truly thought I'd have buyer's remorse given the expense of the services and the fact I can get it for free back home. I have to say this was the best service and most amazing spa I've ever been to. My husband and I got the Happiness Ritual Treatment for couples. It was amazing. Definitely get there early and utilize the spa facilities ahead of time. We could have spent all day there. Jasmine and Liz were are therapists and they were truly lovely and terrific. Should I go back to Vegas I will be booking another treatment there. I will never try another spa because there isn't any way I could find one better.

My favorite spa in the world
I love visiting the spas in Las Vegas and Mandarin Oriental is my absolute favorite, hands down. I usually get a basic massage and just enjoy all of their fantastic amenities. My favorite is the warm soak tub overlooking Las Vegas and also dozing off in their relaxation area before my massage. I highly, highly recommend, the amenities make it worth the higher treatment prices I'm used to in the Midwest.

Hamman is Heaven!!!
I usually frequent one of the "other" strip spa's while in Vegas, however, after reading reviews of the Mandarin Oriental (and the infamous Hamman) I really wanted to try it out. Of course, the hubs had to hear about how much I really wanted to try the Mandarin and we happened to be visiting Vegas to celebrate both of our birthdays, so my amazing hubby went ahead and booked me a Hamman so I could have a relaxing birthday afternoon. I went on a Thursday and I was the only one there! It was like having the entire spa to myself! I spent quite some time in the jacuzzi overlooking the strip and then napping on the heated loungers. The experience shower was kind of a let down, I don't think it lived up to the hype. The spa itself is rather small, but the amenities are definitely all top-notch, and since I was the only one there the size didn't really matter anyways. The Hamman was unlike any treatment I have ever had, a little expensive, but well worth every penny. The service was phenomenal as well. I can't say that I would make it my regular spa of choice while in Vegas as it is a little pricey. But, I would definitely go back, especially to experience the Hamman again!

After reading the menu of services, I had booked two treatments for an evening. Feeling pretty rushed throughout my business trip, I cancelled one treatment so I could spend time just simply relaxing in the spa amenities after my treatment. As much as I really wanted to try the foot spa treatment, I am so glad I didn't overbook myself (as usual)! After the most amazing Hammam experience, I relaxed in heated chairs overlooking the lights and glitz of the strip in the serene and beautiful spa. I HIGHLY recommend the Hammam and would do it again!

I planned an impromptu trip....a quick turn-a-round for a night at the MO and a spa day for both myself and my fiance. What an unexpected treat. Although getting there and dealing with the Las Vegas strip traffic was a bear, once we settled in and enjoyed the facilities.....the anger and stress just seemed to dissipate into thin air. The wait staff in the spa were extremely attentive to our needs and the facility was so calming.....forgot about the hustle/bustle of everything outside of the hotel. Really is self contained-it's the Vegas experience without the Vegas part (silly as that may sound). We forgot our cares (if only for a while) and the intense massage treatment left both of us feeling pain free-an almost surreal feeling, really. The aromatherapy was an added bonus. We are looking forward to visiting, again....once our crazy schedules permit!

Most amazing treatment EVER!
My friend and I both had the 2 hour Mahjong Balance treatment. It was truly a slice of heaven. It started with a foot ritual that included a rinse and light foot massage. After selecting your aromatherapy oil of choice you are given a salt scrub exfoliation treatment after which you shower. Next there is the massage portion that incorporates hot jade stones, simply DIVINE. Both sides of the body, limb by limb! Next there is a face massage which incorporates the COLD Mahjong tiles (hence the name), this part was unlike anything I have ever had in a treatment. The cold stones pressed gently around your eyes is so refreshing! Then, there was a scalp massage which incorporated a pink mud scalp product that she meticulously massaged in. Each of these would have been amazing by themselves but together, one after another! Aaaahhhhh!!!! Just when I would think it couldn't get any better it did! I highly recommend this treatment, bit of everything, a full 2 hours! The amenities were also nice, nothing more special than other spas I have been to. Jacuzzi, steam, sauna etc. Don't get me wrong, nice and relaxing, but nothing special. The treatment and the attention to customer service is where it's at!!!

but 2 hour time ritual only lasted 1h45m?

One of the best spas in Vegas
I could not have been more spoiled at this time. When you first come in, they take your shoes and give you sandals so you can "leave your worries behind". And boy did I ever. I had a hammam treatment. Worth every penny!

Amazing Spa!
Wow, a truly beautiful spa! It's a bit on the small side, but since I went during the week, I pretty much had the place to myself. I love the relaxation lounge and the deep soaking tubs. I will definitely be back!!!

Wonderful spa buit a little small......
I had a wonderful time at the Mandarin Oriental. The spa itself is beautiful and sleek and the staff is attentive and friendly. You are greeted with a peppermint tea and then can use the facilities before your treatment. I found the steam room small as well as the sauna....but if you go when it's not busy then it's ok....the experience shower is a great feature and the relaxation lounge is not to be missed.....the massage therapist I had was wonderful and the aromatherapy massage I had was something I will never forget. A bit pricey and like I said on the smallish side but you will definitely remember this experience.

Worth Every Penny
Save those pennies and just go! The Hamman is an awesome experience that I would book again in a heartbeat but the stone massage is truly other worldly! I slipped happily in and out of consciousnesses for 80 minutes to the rolling of the hot stones. One tip: during the week the rates are cheaper. I booked my treatments first thing Monday morning and had the entire spa TO MYSELF! The relaxation room was just that - pure bliss.

Hammam was amazing!
This was my first hammam experience and my first visit to Mandarin Oriental. I have to say the hammam treatment was so great. My skin was so soft for weeks after. The spa facilities were also fabulous and so relaxing. Next time I am in Las Vegas I will be back!

Spa Spectacular in Las Vegas!
As much as I love Las Vegas, there is nothing more delicious than an escape from the craziness. The Mandarin provides just that. . . It is so serene to begin with and perfect for those who want decadence with an oriental twist. Mandarin Oriental hotels and Spas are creme de la creme no matter where you go but Las Vegas has the charm of Spa Director, Jennifer Lynn, to put it over the top. Do give yourself at least an hour to enjoy the water therapies including whirlpool with views of the desert and skyline. You can lose yourself in the spa area alone with its sleek design and luxurious quiet areas. My traditional Hamman experience was mesmerizing. I felt transported by the steady rhythm of scrub, warm water, massage, then finally a splash of cool water. . . My skin glowed. After being swaddled and moved to a chaise in a private relaxing area I entered into one of the deepest sleeps of my life with vivid dreams that to this day I will never forget. After an afternoon at the Spa I was slow to return to the Vegas nightlife. . . I opted to watch the moon rise over the strip from the rooftop lounge and savor my experience for as long as possible. I highly recommend you do the same!

My husband surprised me with a 5 night trip to Las Vegas for our anniversary. The best surprise was a pre booked spa treatment at the Mandarin Spa. From the moment I arrived for my aromatherapy massage and pedicure I felt like a celebrity. It was absolutely the most relaxing day of my entire life! The therapists are so compassionate and truly have a passion for making others feel good! The atmosphere is absolultely beautiful. We are planning another trip very soon and I have already made plans for another massage this time 2 hours and one of their luxury facials. The experience is absolutely ouf of this world! I visited the yoga studios and definitely wished I had more time to visit the Zen Tea Lounge. The aromatherapy massage along with the zen like atmosphere made me feel so relaxed and at the same time so energized! Teresa Turner
