ABOUT US

We offer the original hot yoga (bikram method, 90 minutes) and High Intensity Interval Training classes in a heated studio with showers and locker rooms... the most effective combo of classes for your health and wellness! Classes are 60 or 90 minutes and designed to be accessible for everyone, no matter your fitness level. First timers are welcomed to every class. First time students please arrive 15 minutes before class. Latecomers arriving after class start time are not guaranteed entrance. Turn off cell phones and iwatches. No cell phone in the yoga room please. Drink plenty of water throughout the day, before coming to class. Avoid heavy meals 2-3 hours before class, it is best to practice on an empty stomach.Come see us at the front desk upon your arrival to check in to class and ask any questions. We are happy to have you here!

Turn off cell phones and pagers and leave them in the locker. Never bring them into the yoga room! Drink plenty of water throughout the day, before coming to class. Hydration is very important.Avoid meals 2-3 hours before class, it is best to practice on an empty stomach.Sign in and print legibly.Ask questions either before or after class, but not during the class.
