* Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes early to fill out a consultation form.  Please arrive at least 30 minutes early if you wish to sit in the infrared sauna.
* Please check in at the front desk & consider our receptionist your "spa hostess". She will begin by providing a consultation form to fill out so that your therapist will begin to have an understanding of your needs. You will then be given a tour and a detailed explanation of what to expect during your visit. We ask all of our guests to leave your shoes in the front lobby. This aids in a cleaner, quieter & more relaxing environment. You will be offered slipper socks if you have bare feet.  
* If time allows, we invite you to use our FAR Infrared sauna. If you choose to use the infrared sauna, you will be provided with a body wrap and towel.  You may bring your bathing suit if you prefer, but it is not necessary.  We have a modesty policy and nudity in the sauna is not allowed.
* Next you will meet your therapist in our Relaxation Lounge and be guided to your treatment room, where you & your Massage Therapist can agree upon a plan to meet your needs.
* If you have reserved a body treatment or massage, the therapist will then ask you to please remove all clothing and all jewelry, and to lie on the massage table.  They will exit the room to allow you to do this in privacy.  Please know that your personal boundaries will never be crossed & nothing private will ever be exposed. Please note that some sports massage techniques do NOT require the removal of clothing. 
* Your therapist will knock before re-entering and your treatment will begin.
* At the end of the treatment the therapist will leave and you will either redress or re-robe and meet them in the Relaxation lounge when you are ready.  You are welcome to stay as long as you like to rest or proceed to another service.
