Using a Spafinder gift voucher/card

Is my spafinder gift voucher/card active when i receive it?

Spafinder gift vouchers/cards are active and ready to use once they have been purchased. 

How do I use my Spafinder gift voucher/card?

Gift vouchers/gift cards branded with Spafinder Wellness 365 will be redeemed by the participating location via a merchant portal.  The full value of the gift voucher/card will be redeemed at the time of the transaction.  Spafinder Wellness 365 branded gift vouchers/cards cannot be partially redeemed. 

Spafinder gift cards are processed like a standard credit card and can be redeemed multiple times until the balances reaches £0 or the card expires.  Spafinder gift cards are redeemed through PDQ terminals. 

What if the value of my Spafinder gift voucher/card is less than the total amount that I need to pay?

If the amount of your Spafinder gift voucher/card is insufficient to pay the total due, you can use cash, a debit or a credit card to pay the balance.

DO SPAFINDER GIFT VOUCHERS/ CARDS EXPIRE?

Spafinder gift vouchers/cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. 

CAN SPAFINDER GIFT VOUCHERS/CARDS BE USED MORE THAN ONCE?

Spafinder gift cards that have a card number (located underneath the scratch panel) starting with 4353 can be redeemed multiple times until the balance reaches £0 or the card expires. 

Spafinder Wellness 365 paper gift vouchers starting with UKB1003 or 1003 can only be redeemed once at a single participating location.  

Spafinder Wellness 365 physical gift cards and eGift cards starting with 5045 can only be redeemed once at a single participating location. 

WHAT IF THE LOCATION I FOUND ON SPAFINDER.CO.UK WOULD NOT ACCEPT MY SPAFINDER GIFT VOUCHER/CARD?

We recommend checking with the participating location that they will accept your Spafinder gift card when making your appointment.  If they advise they do not accept Spafinder gift cards and are still appearing on Spafinder.co.uk, please contact us on info@spafinder.co.uk or +44 (0) 345 850 0402.

CAN I REDEEM MY SPAFINDER GIFT VOUCHER/CARD ONLINE?

No, Spafinder gift vouchers/cards can only be redeemed in store at participating locations. 

WHAT IF THE PDQ TERMINAL DOESN’T APPROVE MY SPAFINDER GIFT CARD TRANSACTION?

There are several reasons why a gift card (Spafinder gift card with a card number starting with 4353) may be declined on the PDQ terminal: 

1.The PDQ terminal is offline.  If this is the case you will need to provide another payment type.  You may discuss with the participating location, whether they would agree for you to come back at a later time when the PDQ terminal is back online.   You cannot redeem your gift card when the system is offline.

2.The gift card’s magnetic stripe may be damaged and cannot be read through the PDQ terminal.  Please contact us on info@spafinder.co.uk or +44 (0) 345 850 0402 so that we can arrange to have a replacement card sent to you.

3.There may be insufficient funds left on the gift card to process the transaction.  Please visit www.spafinder.co.uk/balance-check to check your balance.  If there is a valid balance available, staff will need to process a split payment transaction, starting with the balance that is available on your gift card followed by payment via cash, debit or credit card for the balance of the total value. 

4.Your gift card may have expired.  Please check the expiry date printed on the back of the gift card (under the scratch panel).

HOW CAN I CHECK THE BALANCE OF MY SPAFINDER GIFT CARD?

CAN THE SPAFINDER GIFT CARD BE RE-LOADED WITH VALUE?

No, the Spafinder gift card cannot be reloaded.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE NOT USED ALL OF THE FUNDS WHEN MY SPAFINDER GIFT CARD EXPIRES?

Any value remaining on the gift card after the expiry date will not be available to use.  We encourage you to use your gift card before it expires.

DO I RECEIVE CHANGE FOR ANY UNUSED FUNDS ON MY SPAFINDER GIFT CARD?

No, funds remain on the Spafinder gift card for future use, until the card expires.

Cards and vouchers branded with Spafinder Wellness 365 are redeemed for the full value shown on the gift voucher or card in one transaction.  No change will be given.  

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY SPAFINDER GIFT VOUCHER/CARD?

Spafinder gift vouchers/cards cannot be replaced if they are lost or stolen, so please ensure that you keep your Spafinder gift voucher/card in a safe place.

ARE THERE ANY FEES FOR USING A SPAFINDER GIFT VOUCHER/CARD?

No there are no fees associated with the use of a Spafinder gift voucher/card.

CAN I PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER USING MULTIPLE CREDIT CARDS?

I ATTEMPTED TO PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE BUT MY ORDER WAS REJECTED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Many different factors can lead to a rejected or reviewed online order. If your order is not approved immediately, please contact us at +44 (0) 345 850 0402 or via mail at info@spafinder.co.uk, so we may assess the reason and help you with your order.

I SENT A SPAFINDER evoucher/egift card TO THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS. CAN THIS BE CORRECTED?

CAN I CHANGE THE PREVIOUSLY SELECTED DELIVERY METHOD ON MY ORDER TO EXPEDITE OR RUSH AFTER I HAVE COMPLETED MY PURCHASE?
Once your order has left our fulfillment facility, it is not possible to change the delivery method.
